JOB TITLE OPENINGS
Brand Administrator (BGC)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Develop the brand portfolio of imported beverage products on the right channel type of distribution.
Establish the proper pricing to maximize the profitability of the company at the acceptable level of consumer satisfaction.
Analyze monthly performance of imported beverages including sales and profit.
Create, develop, plan comprehensive marketing programs based on consumer insights.
Takes part in giving directives and mandatories for new product development.
Plans, conceptualizes and monitors implementation of brand promotion initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Trade Marketing
Provides essential reports as a tool to analyze market and as reference for decision-making and forecasting.
Aid in the setting of budgets for every marketing endeavor
Closely work with the Distribution Managers/Channel Development Manager to aid in the improvement of sales in their respective areas/accounts and to ensure proper implementation of programs.
Handles the ordering of Imported Products
Handles all importation of imported products
Monitors inventories of the Imported Products to make sure that there is sufficient stocks at the plant warehouse
Participate on Sales Call and business review with Key Accounts, 7/11 when needed.
Conduct trade check to ensure proper implementation of marketing programs and to check on the competitive activities
Assists in developing promotional materials for brands being handled.
Can read, write, and understand Mandarin is a plus
IT Assistant (BGC)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Has 2 to 3 years on hardware/software and program creation/development
Specializes in development of programs related to Management Information System
Knowledgeable in IT development on hardware/software
Assist and reports to IT Supervisor
Assist in technical works on computer hardware and software such as installation and repairs that may occur to the users
Assist in testing, troubleshooting, diagnostic procedures, and/or corrective actions that may occur to the users in use of hardware and/or software provided by the company
Assist in maintaining systems, database and/or web page
Assist in administrative work such as documentation, processing of billing, and/or any available transactions that may arise related to IT transactions and responsibilities
Java, C++, SQL, C#, VB.Net and HTML experience
Basic knowledge on PHP, MySQL and Crystal Report
Basic knowledge on networking - CCNA, VLAN, Routing and Switching
Operating system to handle/support: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016

Key Accounts Representative (BGC)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
Has strong analytical and planning skills, good communication, mathematical and presentation skills, excellent problem-solving skills and computer literate
Must be a team player, patient, open-minded, has willingness to learn and work in fast-paced workplace and can handle task under pressure
Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in sales particularly in Key Accounts
Has experience in managing distributors for local key accounts, groceries, market stalls, sari-sari stores is an advantage
• Working closely with appointed distributors and manage the over-all sales and distribution of company's business product portfolio
Responsible on expanding the product placement in all potential trade channels in the distributors covered territories or areas
Has the ability to develop plans, programs and establish rapport for the growth and development of UPPC products in covered areas accounts
Distributor Representative for Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac (BGC)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree

Engineering Assistant (Batangas)
Must be Registered Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledgeable in machine, automation, and HVAC troubleshooting; computer literate
Provide guidance during the planning, designing, development and testing stages of the project management
Supervise the factory operations and evaluate the procedures to judge their productivity and efficiency levels
Stress on introducing factory automation to improve the productivity rate at the factory
Perform industrial engineering duties and factory automation to produce better results
Initiate plan and participate activity in equipment/machine modifications and projects improvement for quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
Responsible in Engineering program, oversee the various stages of product development and provide expert leadership during the process.
Coordinate daily to his/her immediate supervisor status of machine/equipment operation
Equipment to be handle: Noodle-making machines, seasoning machines, and HVAC units
Quality Assurance Assistant (Batangas)
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Food Technology or equivalent.
Familiar with data entry and basic computer skills.
Has basic knowledge in cGMP and HACCP; ability to perform general math calculations.
Has positive attitude, willingness to work with peers, honest, detail-oriented and skilled at examining documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ability to prepare records in accordance with instructions; must be able to handle multi-tasking.
Equipment to be handled: Some laboratory equipment, PC, Fax machine, photocopier.
May or may not have experience in quality control/assurance works.
In-charge of acceptance/rejection of incoming materials, imported beverages, SRS, semi-finished product, finished products and ensuring GMP/FS implementation and quality assessment report.

Production Worker (Batangas)
Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma in any field.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Hardworking, with initiative, self-disciplined, can work with minimum supervision
Laboratory Aide (Batangas)
Candidate must be at least high school graduate
Has ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
Dependable, attention to details, can work with minimum supervision
Duties and Responsibilities: Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, washing walls and windows, and removing rubbish.
Cleans and maintains laboratory, glassware and/or instruments.
Assist in sampling of materials and In-Line samples.
Assist in record and sample disposal.
Monitor and maintain inventory of janitorial supplies.
Performs related job duties as required.
Equipment to be handled: Photocopier, cleaning equipment
Safety Officer (Batangas)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
Must have certification on Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training, Loss Control Management and Occupational First Aid and Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation Training
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, familiar with Sketch-up/Paint/AutoCAD, well-informed in Facilities and Maintenance and Industrial Materials Management
Has excellent communication skills, reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethics, ability to work as part of a team, has eye for detail and accuracy.
Equipment to be handled: WEM Equipment, Fire Safety Equipment, and computer
With public speaking training/workshop, with at least 3 years of work experience related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)
Create and implement the safety policies, comply with government reportorial requirements, and most especially lead in monitoring, submitting, and presenting reports/documents to management and concerned government agencies, shifting schedule.
