  • Develop the brand portfolio of imported beverage products on the right channel type of distribution.
  • Establish the proper pricing to maximize the profitability of the company at the acceptable level of consumer satisfaction.
  • Analyze monthly performance of imported beverages including sales and profit.
  • Create, develop, plan comprehensive marketing programs based on consumer insights.
  • Takes part in giving directives and mandatories for new product development.
  • Plans, conceptualizes and monitors implementation of brand promotion initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Trade Marketing
  • Provides essential reports as a tool to analyze market and as reference for decision-making and forecasting.
  • Aid in the setting of budgets for every marketing endeavor
  • Closely work with the Distribution Managers/Channel Development Manager to aid in the improvement of sales in their respective areas/accounts and to ensure proper implementation of programs.

  • Monitors inventories of the Imported Products to make sure that there is sufficient stocks at the plant warehouse
  • Participate on Sales Call and business review with Key Accounts, 7/11 when needed.
  • Conduct trade check to ensure proper implementation of marketing programs and to check on the competitive activities
  • Assists in developing promotional materials for brands being handled.
  • Can read, write, and understand Mandarin is a plus
  • Graduate of at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with excellent attention to details and have ability to handle pressure.
  • Can handle checking of claims.

  • Responsible for all sales activities of the distributors to trade, from distribution, merchandising, and promotional activities in an assigned territory.
  • Develops and implements approved Sales and Marketing Plans which meet business goals of expanding customer base in the assigned areas.

  • Design and formulate new flavors for instant noodles.
  • Evaluate flavor submissions from suppliers and give recommendation.
  • Design and establish process parameters and product specification prior to mass or commercial production.
  • Conducts panel testing and prepares sensory evaluation results.
  • Conducts and monitor shelf-life studies of experimental products.
  • Trouble-shooting of technical problems encountered in the production/operation.
  • Coordinates closely with Marketing with regards to new products for launch.
  • Familiar with government regulations on instant noodles.
  • Equipment to be handled: Laboratory instruments.
  • Fresh graduate or with One to Two years R&D/QA experience in food manufacturing.
  • Willing to be assigned in Tanauan, Batangas.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Food Technology or equivalent.
  • Familiar with data entry and basic computer skills.
  • Has basic knowledge in cGMP and HACCP; ability to perform general math calculations.
  • Has positive attitude, willingness to work with peers, honest, detail-oriented and skilled at examining documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ability to prepare records in accordance with instructions; must be able to handle multi-tasking.
  • Equipment to be handled: Some laboratory equipment, PC, Fax machine, photocopier.
  • May or may not have experience in quality control/assurance works.
  • In-charge of acceptance/rejection of incoming materials, imported beverages, SRS, semi-finished product, finished products and ensuring GMP/FS implementation and quality assessment report.

  • Preferably with experience in mechanical
  • Knows how to read mechanical/piping diagrams, electrical diagrams and compute simple mathematical expressions

  • Knows how to obey superiors and abide GMP and food safety rules
